International Cargo Systems has been a client for years. What began as a request to modernise their website turned into a fast new site, an AI chatbot that does real work, automated shipment emails, and a custom dashboard built around the way their business runs.

James wanted his website brought up to date. Modern, clean and current. He also wanted live shipment tracking built into the site, so customers could see where their cargo was without having to pick up the phone.
I redesigned the site and added live tracking. The tracking ran through an automation connected to a third party chatbot service. It worked, but it came at a cost of around seventy dollars a month, and it broke from time to time. I also added a chat box to the site, with its own tracking running separately.
As James saw what was possible, he wanted the chatbot to do more. The trouble was that every new feature was harder to bolt onto the existing platform. I was spending my time working around it instead of building freely.
Rather than keep patching, I offered James a full rebuild on the latest technology at no charge. It is a small site, so it did not take long. The result is a website that loads fast, runs efficiently, and is far easier to update and extend whenever the business needs it.
On the new setup, the chatbot does real work. It handles quotes, runs calculators, and answers customer questions. What used to be a fragile add on is now a core part of the site.
With the AI foundation in place, James asked me to automate his shipment emails and make them more modern and efficient for his team. That system is rolling out now and going really well.
In progressI also built James his own admin dashboard, giving him one place to see how the business is performing online. It tracks website clicks, contact form submissions, and order and quote requests. It links through to his monthly website reporting, and it houses the new shipment notification system.

The site is live at cargo.systems. A chatbot that answers customers and quotes is standard now, not a bolt on, and so is being readable by AI search. James is an Auckland client like most of them.
Sandra at CoolWeb has been fantastic to work with. What genuinely surprised me was how well she understood what we were trying to achieve, not just building a website, but integrating real functionality like our Cargo Sense chatbot. Her knowledge of AI isn't surface-level. Working in freight and logistics, I've spent a lot of time building AI tools myself, so I can tell the difference between someone who understands the technology and someone following a template. Sandra clearly knows what she's doing.
